Our Story

Dentō is a wine and saké bar that offers some elevated small bites such as sashimi, crudo, caviar, artisanal fromage and charcuterie. The wine program offers a worldly list with an emphasis on Champagne, Chablis, Beaujolais, and Burgundy. The wines are hand selected, boutique, terroir driven, and of high quality. The Saké selection conveys the unique expressive tastes from the great Toji of Japan. Dentō is Japanese for "Tradition", which the French and Japanese Cultures share a rich history filled with traditions. In addition, both cultures have a deep passion for quality and share a sense of place; terroir.
